Fullest love from the heart
1 John 4:7-8
We give our best to whom we love.
What are we giving God?
How do you know you love?
1) we need to know the person and whoever loves will know the Lord
Knows the heart as well.
God wants to be in your heart.
We need to know God well.
2) give your time. Luke 10:19
Some people have no time for quiet time with God
Give private time to God so that God can speak to us.
Martha was too busy preparing food for Jesus but had no time to sit down and listen to Him.
Jesus needs your time like what Mary did, sitting by His feet.
3) Be obedient. John 14:15
Got tests Saul and he follows what God says. But Saul tries to prepare sacrifices above what God wants.
1 John 5:3. Tithing, quiet time, Sabbath day, no complaining and not a burden.
4) offering is worship
Example when Mary gave Jesus a jar of perfume and used her hair to wipe His feet.
We have to give our best and offer to God.
5) love your brothers and sisters in christ. 1 John 5:1
The disciples did not want to wash each other`s feet and Jesus took over and washed all their feet.
Do not think you are a somebody but be a nobody.
6) serve the Lord John 21:15
A job for every believer, not just selected people, to help other people in need.
Be a shepherd and take care of the sheep
